A devastated floor is not only about the way it looks - first of all, it is a threat to
safety at work.

A devastated floor is not only about the way it looks – first of all, it is a threat to
safety at work.

High-bay racks, forklift trucks and other vehicles moving around the hall generate high loads, against
which the floor should be secured.

A damaged surface lacking the proper protection leads to:
– increase in costs in terms of operations and ergonomics of work
– dusting of concrete
– damaging of equipment and dust falling onto the goods being stored
– chippings and holes, which pose a threat to safety
– oils and other staining substances get into the surface
– unsightly appearance

Depending on the condition of the floor, we propose:
– dust-fee grinding of concrete
– polishing using the diamond technology
– evening out of the concrete surface
– removal of stains
– removal of old impregnants and other coatings
– repair and filling of expansion joints
– repair of chippings
– sealing and impregnation of concrete

Renovation of industrial floors
Every renovation of industrial floors requires certain expenditures. It is therefore important to make sure the decisions made are right to prevent further costs.
Thanks to our extensive experience, equipment and knowledge, you can entrust us with repair works to be performed.

Fixing of expansion joints, edges of concrete slabs

Every floor, even if made with greatest care, will get damaged sooner or later. This is due to constant operations and loads that applied to the floor.
We often deal with damaging of expansion joints, taking the form of horizontal or vertical cracks, crushing of the edges and cracking of the entire slab.
Such damages are not only unsightly, but – most of all – dangerous.
Therefore, if you notice any of these, it means that repair of the expansion joints (edges of concrete slabs) and the damages observed will be necessary.

Repair of expansion joints starts with cutting out and removing the damaged flooring elements. The losses are then filled with special repair materials. Repair of expansion joints ends with filling the joints with rope and plastic.

Repairing of damaged floors
Repairing of a concrete floor starts by diagnosing the problem and finding the proper solution, depending on requirements of a given warehouse or production facility.
Repairing of the floor takes place using complementary technologies.
Depending on the flooring type, we choose the proper repair material.
Repairing of a concrete floor is a multi-stage process concluded by polishing, accompanied with impregnation of concrete to strengthen and seal the working surface.

Concrete has many physical and chemical properties, which are considered to give it an advantage. Therefore, it is a very popular material in industry, as well as for household applications.
Its main advantages include resistance to abrasion, the fact that it can be shaped in any way, as well as its anti-corrosive properties. It can be combined with different components that transfer stress (such as steel rods) or connect wooden structures. The entire operation is known as anchoring. It allows for strengthening of the structure, including the floor.

Anchor removal does not have to damage the floor
You probably wonder how to remove the anchors, preventing it from damaging the new floor. Removal of anchors consists of removal of anchors or steel components installed in the floor and repairing of the resulting holes.
Improperly removed anchors result in damaging of concrete, which is not only unsightly, but – most of all – dangerous for the users.
Thanks to many years of experience, we have been able to develop very quick and effective methods.
